•Since the start of the 20th century, the Batistì family of Agritur La Dasa in Ledro has been involved in the artisanal production of traditional local cheeses in their own dairy. Today Marco continues this tradition under his grandfather’s watchful eye.
During the summer, the farm’s dairy follows its own herd of cows to the alpine pastures in Tremalzo and the daily production is made from their milk. The products are fresh – such as butter, ricotta and mozzarella – and both short and medium-aged, such as Nostrano, Formaggella Val di Ledro, Tremalzo, Herb Cheese, Smoked Ricotta, Caciotta, Taleggio, Formaggio da Piastra and other traditional cheeses.
• The menu offers most typical local products prepared with passion. At our holiday farm you can taste the typical dishes of the Trentino tradition: canederli bread dumplings, strangolapreti spinach dumplings and main courses with polenta, rabbit, pork ribs and sausage, as well as the house speciality: meat on the spit. We also cook with authentic products from our own vegetable garden. You can enjoy fresh, crispy bread baked daily by Daniele and desserts prepared by Marina: panna cotta, strudel, homemade yoghurt garnished with strawberries and blueberries...
